Our first family trip to a pumpkin patch
This past weekend, my sister Devon and her family came to visit, and we had a great time! With 4 kids under 3, there certainly was never a dull moment (except for during nap time)!! Devon, Jonathan, and their 3 children moved to Temple, TX, at the end of September...which is only 2 1/2 hour away from San Antonio. We LOVE having them so close by!
On Saturday, we went to a pumpkin patch at a local church here. It was not a huge pumpkin patch, but it was a perfect size for 3 toddlers and a baby. :) Isaac, my 2 1/2 year old nephew, called the scarecrows "scary Christmas trees" because of something he had seen at Target (too funny!). Leah and Jackson had fun climbing on pumpkins and throwing hay. Eli was his usual laid-back self, taking in all of his new surroundings. He was quite interested in hay and tried to eat it on several occasions. We parents took full advantage of the beautiful fall setting and took lots of photos. Enjoy!

Isaac..great smile!
