That is right...Matt and I will be parents in about 4 weeks (give or take)! We are excited but definitely a little nervous to begin this journey of parenthood!! I cannot believe that I will be 36 weeks tomorrow. I have an OB appointment in the morning, and next week, I have a sonogram to see how little Eli Matthew is positioned. He is certainly an active little boy (frequently moving around in my tummy...day and night), and we cannot wait to meet him!
We have gotten the nursery pretty much finished. Matt has done an excellent job with building a bookshelf and matching nightstand for our baby boy! We plan on using them for many years to come. Also, our good friend Felicia painted some wall-art for Eli that we hung in the nursery. She is so talented!

35 weeks
We found out that Matt should get a week off when Eli is born, which will be a blessing. So far, I have not had any Braxton-Hicks contractions or any "real" contractions. I guess we will just wait and see when Eli decides he wants to meet his Mommy and Daddy! We will keep you posted!
